OUR TEAM
For large or small projects, whatever the timescale, providing the right people for the role is crucial. Over the last 15 years we have nurtured a network of talented individuals to deliver our projects.
Each one of our project managers, IT technicians, hotstage engineers, electricians and data cablers has roots in the retail and hospitality sector, combining vast technical knowledge with years of industry experience.
.01 PROJECT MANAGEMENT
During new installations or major refurbishments our teams of technicians, cablers and engineers are co-ordinated by project managers.
Between them, our project managers have over 60 years of experience delivering IT solutions to the retail and hospitality sector. They will ensure the project is completed with minimum disruption to your business and meets your time and budget constraints.
.02 ENGINEERS
The Agora deployment team consists of hotstage, database build, installation engineers and 18th Edition qualified electricians who are also Cat6 and fibre cabling specialists for retail and hospitality. Having an excellent understanding of both your business and the deployed technology, they can offer professional advice on your systems, logistics and delivery.
What's more, with our nationwide coverage of services a team of engineers is always at hand to offer consistent support before, during and after the installation.
.03 TRAINERS
After the introduction of a new IT hardware or technical application, our training teams are there to support you and your staff in making the most of your new system - integrating new technology with the people who use it.
Our trainers deliver IT and EPoS training on and off-site according to your preference and offer advice on front of house operation, back of house management and overall system configuration.
